• Transaction manager for conservation headquarters acquisition in Colorado

• Forestland, watershed, and diverse access trail protection in southeastern New York for the Hudson Highlands Land Trust 

• Creation of Community Forests in eastern New York for the Rensselaer Plateau Alliance

• Forest, ranch, and grassland protection in Colorado for Eagle Valley Land Trust 

• Mountain-top conservation in collaboration with the Greater Lovell Land Trust 

• Employee housing, education facilities, and outdoor education grounds expansion for Walking Mountains Science Center 

• Wildlife linkages coalition leader Eagle County Safe Passages for Wildlife

• Federal land exchange including the Bureau of Land Management, Aspen Valley Land Trust, and multiple property owners
